Delegate booking for Networkshop 35 is now being processed
online. Once you have submitted the online booking form, you will receive
an e-mail confirmation of your reserved place within 5 working days. Joining
instructions and further information will be sent to you in early March
2007.
Bookings will be accepted up until 17th March, subject
to availability, but bookings placed after 10th February 2007
will be subject to a 10% surcharge.
JANET Training 3rd April 2007
JANET Training will be running 3 courses prior to Neworkshop. For further details see http://www.janet.ac.uk/training/locations/nws35.html. Delegates wishing to attend these courses should book online and if appropriate include Monday night accommodation on their Networkshop booking form.
Cisco Pre Networkshop Event on the 2nd - 3rd April 2007
Cisco will again be running a pre-conference seminar - see https://programs.regweb.com/cisco/15748. Delegates intending to book a place on that should include Monday night accommodation on their online booking form.

Networkshop 35 will be held at The University of Exeter, Streatham Campus, ideally situated for easy access by road, rail or air. For further information on venue and travel, please see the venue page.
Delegates will be accommodated close to the main conference venues at Holland Hall, in single occupancy, en-suite study bedrooms. Rooms are equipped with shower and toilet, private telephone, Internet access, safe, refrigerator and tea/coffee making facilities. Toiletries and towels are provided and rooms are serviced daily.
English and Continental breakfast will be served in Holland Hall each morning. Buffet lunches will also be served here, as will dinner on Tuesday night. The bar in Holland Hall will be open at mealtimes.
On the evening of Wednesday 4th April, including a drinks reception and dinner. Watch the website for further information of plans for that evening.
The conference runs from lunchtime Tuesday 3rd April to lunchtime Thursday
5th April 2007. Both residential and non residential packages include
morning and afternoon refreshments, lunches, dinner on Tuesday night,
the conference dinner on Wednesday night, and delegate bag. The residential
package includes accommodation in en-suite single occupancy rooms on Tuesday
and Wednesday nights, with breakfast, as described above.
Accommodation is also available on Monday night (at extra cost) for early
arrivals, including those attending training
courses on the Monday, or other company presentations. To aid administration
please book this at the same time as your conference place – we
cannot guarantee accommodation for bookings made later for company presentations.
Mid-session refreshments will be served in the Exhibition areas in the Sports Centre, where you are also invited to a drinks reception with exhibitors on Tuesday evening.
JANET(UK) Training are planning to run training courses on Monday 2nd April.
Several courses will be available, open to Networkshop and non-Networkshop
delegates. These courses must be booked through JANET Training. See http://www.webarchive.ja.net/training
for details and booking.
A fee of £150.00+VAT per course includes the course, course materials, refreshments and lunch. For those staying on for Networkshop, bed and breakfast on Monday night is an optional extra and must be booked using the relevant tick box on the Networkshop 35 online booking form.
The programme will cover a broad range of subject areas, highlighting
the different aspects of networking. After the presentations there will
be time for questions and discussion. The programme is available on
the website at www.ja.net/networkshop35/programme.
Communication facilities - including telephones, Internet access and Wireless LAN - will be available to delegates during the conference. Full details will be provided with your joining instructions prior to the event.
Please study the rates table below carefully and be sure to tick the
appropriate box(es) on the online booking form.
The deadline for booking a place, subject to availability, is 17th
March 2007.

Accommodation on Monday can be booked (subject to availability) for an additional charge. If you require accommodation in order to attend JANET(UK) Training courses or the Cisco event, you must tick the box and pay for the additional night’s accommodation.
