Gary Parker

Biography

Gary Parker has been a member of the Loughborough University network team for three years. During this time he has helped maintain and develop the campus network infrastructure and monitoring systems and also worked as part of JANET BMAS (Bandwidth Management Advisory Service) carrying out research and presenting at a number of BMAS and JANET-CERT conferences across the country.

Prior to this, Gary’s 10 years working in industry involved mainly networking roles in primary and secondary education and the retail and logistics sectors. His keen interest in digital audio and video outside work has been brought to bear on the subjects under discussion in this presentation.
