It became clear during the Early part of 2001 that MLE's were a significant force in the future of South Birmingham College. After an extensive procurement process, the college opted for a commercial MLE, which has been running for 8 months.
Our experiences of the implementation and operation of this system form the basis for this presentation, coupled with what we have learned along the way.
