This procurement is focused on the provision of maintenance contracts for the Welsh Video Network ( WVN) and JANET Videoconferencing Service (JVCS) services. The Operational Requirement will be written in two modules.
Suppliers may submit a proposal for either or both of the two modules within this ITT.
Module 1 – JVCS Maintenance
Module 2 – WVN Maintenance
Contracts will be awarded separately for each module.
The requirements are outlined in the Operational Requirement. Karen Perrins has been appointed as the Procurement Manager and a Procurement Panel has been formed. This procurement will be run according to the Open European Procurement Procedure rules.
Suppliers should note that before submitting a proposal they must register their intent to do this with JANET(UK).
