A procurement for the creation of a Northern Ireland metropolitan area
network [NIMAN] for the tertiary education sector is now underway. Chris
Kelly has been appointed procurement manager and a procurement panel
has been formed.
The procurement will be conducted according to Open European Procurement
rules.
The procurement for the NIMAN has been announced in the European Journal.
The Invitation to Tender is available electronically below as a Word
file. A number of accompanying Excel spreadsheets are also available
to be used in response to the invitation to tender.
Suppliers should note that before submitting a proposal they must register
their intent to do this with JANET(UK).
As matters for clarification arise they will be answered by JANET(UK) and
made available on this page. Suppliers that have registered their intent
to submit a proposal will be notified each time this is updated.
